This set combines the essence of Mediterranean gemmotherapy in one collection. It covers the four central pillars of physical well-being: flow (vessels), rhythm (heart), structure (bones/joints), and inner peace (digestion/nerves).

Gemmotherapy uses the embryonic tissues of plants—the buds. They contain concentrated vitality and information for growth. It contains all four Heritx gemmo macerates in organic quality:

ARC BLANC (Hawthorn): The heart opener. Traditionally valued for supporting heart function and rhythm. A companion in phases when inner stability and calm are needed.

OLIVERA (Olive): The flow. In the Mediterranean tradition, the remedy for the vessels. Used to maintain elasticity and support a balanced metabolism (e.g., cholesterol).

PINEGRE (Mountain Pine): The structure. Stands for uprightness and strength. Traditionally used to support bones, cartilage, and joints—for greater mobility in everyday life.

The daily cycle:

Morning (alignment & flow): Start with PINEGRE for stability and OLIVERA for circulation. Application: 2–3 sprays in the mouth.

At lunchtime/after eating (center): Use FIGUERA to aid digestion and reduce stress. Application: 2–3 sprays.

In the evening (rest): End the day with ARC BLANC to calm the heart and slow down the rhythm. Application: 2–3 sprays before bedtime.

Tip: Hold the liquid in your mouth for a moment so that the active ingredients can be absorbed through the mucous membrane.
