HARMONIA is our liquid sunlight. When everyday life becomes turbulent or your thoughts go round in circles, this elixir helps you find your center again. The base is a traditional sour honey (oxymel) in which we have extracted the "light plants" of the Tramuntana. Balearic St. John's wort captures the sun, while myrtle and mint clear the mind. It is a gentle embrace from within that does not tire, but harmonizes.

The production process: All herbs come from certified organic cultivation right here in Fartàritx. They are harvested by hand and macerated in small batches in raw honey and naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar. From the field to the bottle – 100% handmade by Heidi & Rolf.
Application & Ritual
The ritual of calm: Treat yourself to this elixir in the afternoon or in moments of restlessness. Mix one tablespoon of HARMONIA with a glass of cold or lukewarm water. Tip: Tastes wonderfully refreshing in summer over ice with a sprig of fresh mint.
