Always shake the bottle before opening. Mix a tablespoon of elixir with a glass of water or another drink (e.g. juice). Stir and enjoy.

Depending on the variety, you can drink the elixirs in the morning, at lunchtime, in the evening, before or after a meal. 

HARMONIA is best drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.
FORÇA is best drunk in the morning on an empty stomach or when you feel you need a power boost.
RESILIÈNCIA can be taken at any time when the immune system needs to be mobilized.
SENSUALITAT can be taken at any time.

Note: The water should be of the best quality. It does not matter whether the water is still or sparkling. Only it should not be hot (above 38degrees), because then the nutrients would be destroyed.

After six weeks of daily intake of the same elixir, we recommend a week's break. When changing the variety, one can continue seamlessly. This way there is no habituation effect. If one does not drink the elixirs daily, one does not have to stick to the six weeks.

So that the intestine gets used to the plant substances of the herbs and the naturally cloudy apple cider vinegar, start with one variety for the first two weeks. After that, you can slowly integrate other elixirs. As always, you should listen to your gut.

Since there are not yet sufficient studies on most herbs, we do not recommend taking the elixirs during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Please check with your naturopath or midwife if they recommend use during this time.

Hydrolates, also known as floral or plant waters, are by-products of the steam distillation process used to extract essential oils. They contain the water-soluble components and the microaroma of the plants. We leave the essential oil in the hydrosols so that they are particularly nourishing for the skin.

We only use herbs and plants grown on Fartàritx. So they are exclusively certified organic plants that we harvest in the morning, when the percentage of essential oils is the highest. They are distilled immediately after harvesting.

To smoke, light the incense bundle at one end. Let it burn a little and then blow out the flame carefully. An ember will form and by waving or blowing gently you will keep it alive. Glowing it out or dipping it in sand will stop the process. Don't forget to ventilate well after incense burning and let new energies in. With one bundle, you can perform this soothing ritual up to 30 times.

It's actually quite simple: gather different herbs that you would like to have in your bundle. Popular options include sage, lavender, rosemary and many others. Make sure you harvest the plants ethically and sustainably.
Sort the herbs and remove any pests or contaminated parts.
Take a small amount of each herb and arrange them into a bundle. Make sure the stems are pointing in the same direction.
Starting at the bottom of the bundle, tie the stems together with natural yarn or twine. Spiral the yarn up to the top of the bundle and then back down. Pull the yarn tight, but not so tight that it damages the stems.
Hang the bundle upside down in a warm, dry, dark room. It should dry for at least two weeks, but the longer the better.

Gemmomazerates are prepared by soaking the fresh buds in a mixture of alcohol, glycerin and water. This mixture is then stirred daily for 6 weeks to extract the bioactive compounds.

Give 2 sprays 3 times a day into the throat, where all the active power of the bud is absorbed through the mucous membranes of the mouth and is not destroyed by stomach acid.

Store the gemmomazerate in a cool, dark place to preserve its potency.

While herbal tinctures can be made from various parts of a plant, gemmomacerates are made specifically from the fresh buds of the plant.
